If you wish to apply, please send us your business concept. On the basis of the submitted documents, we will evaluate if an investment in your company is fundamentally viable.
EVALUATION
The documents submitted to us are subjected to an extensive examination and an initial company assessment.
LETTER OF INTENT
If the result of the company evaluation is positive, we will conclude a letter of intent. This letter of intent forms the basis for further negotiations. In addition to the non-disclosure agreement, it contains a description of the intention to participate with conditions and the corresponding prerequisites.
DETAILED EVALUATION
In the subsequent detailed evaluation of the documents submitted to us, all business figures, third party legal relationships as well as the opportunities and risks of the concept are examined in detail. This is followed by a final assessment.
INVESTMENT AGREEMENT
In the event of a positive assessment of the business concept, an initial draft contract is prepared, and the individual contract components are discussed in detail. At the same time, the possibilities for applying for public funds or other funding programmes are examined. Finally, the investment contract is signed by all parties and notarised. The first investment tranche is then paid.
